Regional Training Centre

The Regional Training Centre at Seletar is the Group’s first such training facility in Asia and is part of the global network of Rolls-Royce Training Centres. The Centre combines the latest technology, equipment and facilities to give customers and employees in the region access to world-class training.

Approximately 4,000 people a year will be trained at the Centre which will deliver a broad spectrum of learning, from IT to management and leadership, as well as technical skills across all Rolls-Royce business sectors of Civil and Defence Aerospace, Marine and Energy.

The Regional Training Centre is a European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part-147 approved training centre, as well as a Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) Approved Training Organisation, offering international and national accredited training programmes.

The Regional Training Centre will help the Group nurture and develop the talent pool required, while promoting a culture of engineering excellence in Asia.
